Wedding & Engagement Ring Warranty:
We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all bridal and engagement rings and wedding bands. The Dainty Diamond warranty covers manufacturing defects, including loose diamonds, loose prongs, and missing pavé stones.
Please note that we are not responsible for issues that occur with regular wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, misshapen bands or cracked stones. Lost or stolen items or diamonds are also not covered by this warranty.
If you encounter any issues with your engagement or wedding ring, please contact us immediately for repairs.
Our wedding and engagement ring warranty also includes:
- Complimentary cleaning and inspection services
- Free ring resizing within the first three months of purchase*
*Free resizing does not apply to rings purchased during sale periods; customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with a resizing*
Please kindly note that any repairs done outside of Dainty Diamond will void this warranty.
Regular Jewelry Warranty:
We offer a one-year warranty on all jewelry items, covering any manufacturing defects, such as broken clasps or faulty craftsmanship. Contact us within one year from the date of purchase to assess the situation and receive guidance on next steps. Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Lost or stolen items
- Scratches or damage from normal wear and tear (e.g., broken chains or bent rings)
- Damage caused by improper use or storage
- Modifications made by third-party services
- Fading or discoloration of metals
- Stone loss due to trauma or damage
