Returns:

We accept returns and exchanges on purchases within 30 days from the day you received your order. Custom and/or personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

We offer free returns throughout Canada within 30 days of you receiving the item. We do not cover return/exchange costs for those who live outside of Canada.

Return Policy:

  • All returned/exchanged items must be unworn, in the same condition they were bought in, and with the original box.
  • Custom-made and/or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

Warranty:

We offer a one-year warranty on all jewelry items purchased covering any manufacturer defects (i.e a broken clasp). From the date of purchase, for one year, we will fix or replace any item that is defective based on the workmanship of our jeweller. Our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like broken chains or bent rings), improper use or storage of your product or any other modifications made by third party users. If you wish to repair your item you will be responsible for getting your product to us and picked up from us.
