At Dainty Diamond, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges on all regular-priced merchandise* within 30 days of receiving your item.
Diamond Jewelry: 30-day returns for store credit or exchange only.
Custom & Permanent Jewelry: All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale/Discounted Items: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., name/initial jewelry, permanent jewelry), and accessories like hats or jewelry dishes are not eligible for return.
- Sale and discounted items are final sale.
- Diamond jewelry can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt.

Warranty:
We offer a one-year warranty on all jewelry items, covering any manufacturing defects, such as broken clasps or faulty craftsmanship. Contact us within one year from the date of purchase to assess the situation and receive guidance on next steps. Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Lost items
- Scratches or damage from normal wear and tear (e.g., broken chains or bent rings)
- Damage caused by improper use or storage
- Modifications made by third-party services

We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all engagement rings and wedding bands, which covers manufacturing defects. Please note that we are not responsible for lost diamonds. If you encounter any issues with your ring, contact us immediately for repairs.
Our wedding and engagement ring warranty also includes:
- Complimentary cleaning and inspection services
- One free resizing within the first three months of purchase*
