Sara and Rebecca’s story began in November 2020 with a simple walk that turned into hours of conversation. What started from a swipe on Hinge laid out a foundation for a relationship now in its fifth year, and a marriage of almost two.
When asked their favourite things about each other... "My favourite things about Rebecca is her smile and her singing voice," said Sara. "But also that she never lets me forget she loves me."
Rebecca's answer was equally as special, stating that her favourite thing about Sara is her heart. "...and her butt, of course. but also how much she spoils me," she said.
A Moment to Remember
Their wedding day was filled with many unforgettable moments. But what stood out most to them was standing under the chuppah, singing Hatikvah together, which was deeply meaningful.
Besides that, the two were so happy to dance the night away with all of their friends and family, celebrating their love.
A Symbol of Forever
When it came to the rings, "we just love Dainty Diamond and the simplicity of what we got." Sara also secretly upgraded Rebecca's band with diamonds that she gifted to her after the ceremony.
"That extra ring was a special moment to show her how much I loved her and how happy she was to be getting married," she said.
Sara went with a simple White Gold Classic Band to stack with her Dainty Diamond Emerald Cut Engagement Ring.
Rebecca also went with a simple White Gold Band, while also stacking the additional Round Diamond Half Eternity Ring.
Advice for Other Couples
They joked that other couples should elope, but in reality, their advice to future couples is to keep it small and meaningful. "The details won't matter if you don't have the people you truly want in the room with you," they said.
"We love love and we are so happy Dainty Diamond got to be a part of our engagement and wedding story."
