Do you do in person consultations?
By appointment only, we offer in person consultations for all our custom designed pieces, private shopping and more. You can always schedule a call here to get started.
How long does the process take?
We recommend starting the process 8-10 weeks before you want to propose to give us ample amounts of time to help you decide on the perfect diamond, and then to design and create the perfect ring!
Do you recommend couples shop together or just one person?
This is completely based on personal preference! Some couples like to shop together, some want to come alone. Totally up to you.
How Do I Know What Kind of Ring To Get?
Whether you’re looking for yourself or for someone else it can be overwhelming to know exactly what you’re looking for. We recommend narrowing it down to the exact shape. From there we can help you work through the rest. Schedule a call here to get started.
Will I be able to see a mock up of the ring before it’s made?
For every custom piece designed we will email you a digital rendering of the exact ring before it’s made. We will only start the production once you’ve approved the design.
What if the ring doesn’t fit?
We recommend trying your best to find out the required ring size ahead of time, while adjustments can be made it’s much easier to get it right the first time.
Should I Insure My Ring?
With every engagement ring sold, we offer an appraisal with the shipment of your ring in order to get it properly insured.
