At Dainty Diamond, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges on all regular-priced merchandise* within 30 days of receiving your item.
Diamond Jewelry: 30-day returns for store credit or exchange only.
Custom & Permanent Jewelry: All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale/Discounted Items: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., name/initial jewelry, permanent jewelry), and accessories like hats or jewelry dishes are not eligible for return.
- Sale and discounted items are final sale.
- Diamond jewelry can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt.

Warranty:
We offer a one-year warranty on all jewelry items, covering any manufacturing defects, such as broken clasps or faulty craftsmanship. Contact us within one year from the date of purchase to assess the situation and receive guidance on next steps. Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Lost items
- Scratches or damage from normal wear and tear (e.g., broken chains or bent rings)
- Damage caused by improper use or storage
- Modifications made by third-party services

I bought this chain to wear my Star of David pendant whose previous chain had broken. This chain is lightweight but durable and very subtle - everything I wanted!

I did a lot of research while looking for a necklace and after all my research I went with Dainty Diamond. The necklace arrived and I love it. The design and quality exceeded expectations. This necklace was a gift and the person l gave it to loves it too! She has been wearing it every day (and sleeping with it on) and said "my new favorite necklace". The necklace looks amazing in person; it's the perfect size, it is classy and can go with any outfit. It can be hard to tell quality in pictures sometimes - this necklace is well made - the quality and craftsmanship is legit and better than other jewelry I have bought in past elsewhere at a way higher price. I rarely leave online reviews but wanted to for this purchase because it exceeded my expectations and the person I gave it to praises this necklace so much. Also the customer service from the company is top (fast reply to my emailed questions and fast shipping). Will buy from here again.
This satellite chain necklace is literally everything. I actually lost it a few months ago when I had to get surgery and take off my jewelry (well, the hospital lost it, actually), so I immediately purchased a new one the next day.
I NEVER take it off. I get so many compliments on it. Everyone says, "It's so beautiful and dainty," and I'm like, "THE COMPANY IS ACTUALLY CALLED DAINTY DIAMOND"! It's the perfect length necklace to wear every single day! In the picture, you can see how perfect the necklace looks. (actually, you can see I'm also wearing their medium bold hoops in my main hole, mini bold hoops in my second, mini midi huggies in my 3rd, and another mini midi huggie in my cartlidge).
